StrataReady collects only the information necessary to provide the service. This includes:
We do not collect browsing history, device information, or any personal information beyond what is listed above.
Your information is used solely to operate StrataReady — to create and manage your account, process your payment, deliver exam results, and maintain your score history. We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond providing the service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as required to operate the service. Your email address and name are shared with Stripe solely for the purpose of processing your payment. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your information.
Your account information and exam data are stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with servers in Canada. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
We retain your account information and exam history for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal information and exam history will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To make a request, contact us at support@strataready.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
StrataReady uses only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
